Quincy South Shore AIDS Cares
Quincy/South Shore AIDS Cares is a department within Quincy Medical Center and is funded through a grant from the Massachusetts Department of Public Health through Ryan White Title II.
Our specially trained case managers provide free and confidential services to people living with HIV and AIDS in Quincy, Braintree, Weymouth, Randolph, Milton, Norwell, Norwood, Hingham, Hull, Scituate, Cohasset, Canton and Sharon.
Services include:
- HIV Testing and Counseling
- Individual Support and care coordination
- Family Support
- Food Assistance
- Transportation Assistance
- Guidance regarding a variety of insurance and legal issues
- Referrals to medical, dental, mental health and substance abuse providers
- Referrals to HIV Studies
- Referrals for Housing
- Referrals for Legal Assistance
- Emergency Financial Assistance
